RaChe’ Russell-Van is an early childhood leader, coach, trainer, and consultant with years of experience supporting Head Start, Early Head Start, childcare programs, educators, leaders, children, and families.
Her work is grounded in real early childhood experience, including program leadership, staff coaching, classroom support, family engagement, school readiness, compliance readiness, and systems development.
