Growing the Village: RaChe’ Step by Step ECE Consulting Partners With The Preschool Posse
In early childhood education, meaningful work does not happen in isolation.
Strong programs are built through relationships, shared knowledge, trusted resources, and people who are willing to support one another. That is why I am excited to share that RaChe’ Step by Step ECE Consulting is now a partner of The Preschool Posse.
The Preschool Posse is committed to supporting the village that supports children by connecting early childhood educators, directors, owners, professionals, and community partners with resources, training, encouragement, and meaningful relationships. That commitment aligns closely with the heart of my work.
Through RaChe’ Step by Step ECE Consulting, I support early childhood leaders and programs through professional development, leadership coaching, technical assistance, reflective practice, intentional planning, and practical systems that help teams move forward.
This partnership is another opportunity to connect with professionals who believe that early childhood educators and leaders should not have to do this work alone.
For me, partnership is not simply about visibility. It is about being part of a trusted community where we can share resources, strengthen connections, learn from one another, and help early childhood professionals find the support they need.
